5# Ensure your consultant team are qualified and insured
6# Add an access clause to your build contract
7# Clear communication is key, especially about time-frames and values
8# It’s not the size of the challenge, it’s how you work together to overcome it
9# Always get clear contracts up front that cover the duration of the project
10# You won’t want to work with everyone
